मीठे बच्चे : " तुम्हे अपने हमजिन्स का उद्धार करना है , बाप ने माताओं पर ग्यान का कलष रखा है इसलिए माताओ पर बडी जवाबदारी है "

प्रश्न : तुम माताये किस विशेष कर्तव्य के निमित्य हो ? तुम्हारे उपर कौन सी रेसपान्सबिल्टी है ?
उत्तर : तुमने इस पतित दुनिया को पावन दुनिया , नर्क को स्वर्ग बनाने के निमित्त हो । बाप ने
तुम माताओ पर ग्यान का कलष रखा है इसलिए सबको सदगति देने की रेसपान्सिबिल्टी तुम्हारे पर है । तुम हो शिव शक्ति सेना । तिम्हे अब अपने हमजिन्स क कल्याण करना है ।
सबको पतित बनने से बचाना है । वेश्याओ का भी उद्धार करना है ।

प्रश्न : बाप के बात करने का ढंग मनुष्यो के ढंग से बिल्कुल ही निराला है, कैसे ?

उत्तर : बाप ईस रथ पर रथी होकर बात करते है और आत्माओ से ही बात करते है ।
शरिरो को नही देखते । मनुष्य न तो स्वयं को आत्मा समझते और न आत्मा से बात करते
तुम बच्चो को अब यह अभ्यास करना हौ किसी भी आकारी वा साकारी चिञ को
देखते भी नही देखो । आत्मा को देखो और एक विदेही को याद करो ।

१) सतोप्रधान संन्यास करना है , इस पुरानी दुनिया में रहते इससे ममत्व मिटा देना है ।

याद नही करना है । एक बाप का ही सिमरण करना है ।

सकारात्मक विचार से समस्या समाधान में बदल जाती है राजयोगी भगवान भाई

मंडला। यह कारागृह नही, बल्कि सुधारगृह है। इसमें आपको अपने में सुधार लाने हेतु रखा हुआ है, शिक्षा देने हेतु नहीं। उक्त उद्गार माउट आबू से प्रजापिता ब्रम्हाकुमारी ईश्वरीयविश्व विद्यालय के मुख्यालय से पधारे हुए राजयोगी ब्रम्हाकुमार भगवान भाई ने कहें। उप कारागृह में बन्दिस्त युवा कैदियों को कर्म गति और व्यवहार शुद्धि विषय पर बोल रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि कारागृह के इस एकांत स्थान पर बैठकर स्वयं को परिवर्तन करनेके लिए सोचों कि मैं इस संसार में क्यों आया हूं? मेरे जीवन का उद्देश्य क्या हैं, मुझे परमात्मा ने किस उद्देश्य से यहां भेजा है? मैं यहां आकर क्या कर रहा हूं। ऐसी बातों का चिंतन करने से संस्कार, व्यवहार परिवर्तन होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि यह कारागृह आपके जीवन को सुधार लाने हेतु तपोस्थल है। भगवान भाई ने युवा कैदियों को कहा कि बदला लेने केबजाय स्वयं को ही बदलकर दिखाने की प्रवृति रखनी है। उन्होंने कहा कि हम किसके बच्चे हैं? जिस परमात्मा के हम बच्चे हैं, वह तो शांति का सागर, दयालू, कृपालू, क्षमा का सागर है। हम स्वयं को भूलने से ऐसी गलतियां कर बैठते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हम ऐसा कोई कर्म नकरें जिस कारण धर्मराज पूरी मेंहमें सिर झुकाना पडेÞ, पछताना पडेÞ, रोना पडेÞ। अवगुण या बुराईयां बसी हैं। उसे दूर भगाना हैं, ईर्ष्या करना, लड़ना, झगड़ना, चोरी करना, लोभ, लालच, यह तो हमारे दुश्मन हैं। जिसके अधीन होने से हमारे मान, सम्मान को चोट पहुंचती हैं।बुराईयां दूर करना तो आदर्श इंसान की पहचान हैं। इन अवगुणों ने और बुराईयों ने हमें कंगाल बनाया इससे दूर रहना है।जीवन में नैतिक मूल्यों की धारणा करने की आवश्यकता है। जीवन में सद्गुण न होने केकारण ही समस्याएं पैदा होती है। उन्होंने कहा कि मनुष्य जीवन बड़ा अनमोल होता है। उसे व्यर्थ कर्म कर व्यर्थ ऐसा ही नहीं गंवाना चाहिए। मजबूरी को परीक्षा समझकर उसे धैर्यता और सहनशीलता सेपार करते हैं, तो अनेक दुख और धोखे से बच सकते हैं। जीवन में परिवर्तन लाकर श्रेष्ठ चरित्रवान बनने का लक्ष्य रखना है। तब कारागार आपके लिए सुधारगृहसाबित होगा। अंग्रेजों को खदेड़कर बाहर निकाला ठीक उसी प्रकार हमें अपने आंतरिक बुराईयों को निकालना हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे पूर्वजों ने यह देश हमारेलिए स्वतंत्र बनाकर खुशी, आनंद में रहने के लिए भाईचारे से रहने के लिए दिया है, इसलिए अब यहां आपस में मिलजुलकर रहना है। स्थानीय ब्रम्हाकुमारीराजयोग सेवाकेन्द्र की संचालिका ब्रम्हाकुमारी बीके ममता बहन ने भी सभी युवा कैदी भाई बहनों को शुभ भावना देते हुए कहा कि जो अपने अंदर की बुराईयों को निकालना है, तभी इस संसाद में इज्जत से रहते है। उन्होंने ब्रम्हाकुमारीज द्वारा सिखाया जानेवाला राजयोग सिखकर निर्व्यसनी, निर्विकारी बनने की प्रेरणा सभी कैदी भाईयों को दी। ब्रम्हाकुमारीज द्वारा बिगड़े हुए मानव को फिर से सुधारने के इस अभियान की सराहना की। उन्होंने कहां कि संसार में स्वयं भी सुख से जीओं और दूसरों को भी जीने दो।

SHIVA RATRI;

A NIGHT OF BLESSING & BLISS.

The world 'shivaratri' means a night of auspicious goodness. The supreme soul, the Father of all souls, the brightest point of light. Shiv paramatma arrives in this world at a time when the world is in grip of total darkness of ignorance and grief and sorrow to play His role of renewing the world. He comes to play his role in the final act of this world drama to wipe out all the elements and set a new order. He is the world Benefactor to promote goodness in everything. That final act where shiva is the Here playing His part of world renewal is called 'shivaratri'. Shiv paramatma is the supreme of all souls. Atma's of different religions call Him by different names, as Amarnath, Badharinath, Mukteswar, etc. Amarnath means one who makes the atma eternal. Badharinath, making one in to flower from thorns and Mukuteswar meaning the Liberator. Muslims adore and kiss, 'sang-a-aswad' a stone in the shape of shivling in Meccha. Jesus and Guru Nanak also believe God as a light. Thus the atma of all religions God, the supreme father is bodiless and farm less but only light. He is the ocean of all divine qualities. God Shiva through Brahma Vishnu and shankara operates His activities of generator, taking care i.e operation and destruction respectively. So He is known Trimurty Shiva. Paramapita Shiva paramatma helps the weak, suffering, un happy, restless souls to become strong, happy and peaceful by giving clean and pure love and companion when man becomes soul conscious he naturally is pure, peaceful and happy. We find (people.) devotees wearing the three parallel of white sacred ash with a Tika in the centre between the eyebrows.

Shiva the supreme soul dose not come in the cycle of birth and death. That is why he is called eternal. He is the Bestower of blessings on benovelence to every one in this world and always. He is light for ever, so people sight lamps which are lit for 24 Hrs.

One has to lead a pure pions life with good manners and right habits to become worthy of this blessings. We usually Shiva's temples at the giver of the best knowledge of the highest order and quality. At present the society has become impovenished because the souls do actions which are bad and negetive. Souls are body conscious now. So now is the time for the souls to discard all negativity and badness and regain their original innate qualities of honesty, purity, happiness, bliss, silence, peace and prosperity. So that make a promise to learn Raja Yoga from the supreme father, teacher and Guru. Shiva 'Gyan and Raja Yoga' to become good and pure souls of God consciousness. So better late than never! Celebrate shiva ratri to liberate ourself from the shell of darkness by learning Raja yoga from the Supreme father who is the master also.!

प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्वविद्यालय माउंट आबू से आए राजयोगी ब्रह्माकुमार भगवान भाई अखिल भारतीय शैक्षणिक अभियान में फूलचंद अग्रवाल महाविद्यालय में नैतिक शिक्षा पर छात्रों को संबोधित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि देश व प्रदेशों में अनेक शैक्षणिक संस्था समर्पित भाव से काम करने के बावजूद आज समाज की यह स्थिति बनती जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि स्कूल से ही समाज के हर क्षेत्र में व्यक्ति जाता है अगर समाज के हर क्षेत्र को सुधारना है तो वर्तमान के छात्र-छात्राओं को नैतिक शिक्षा देने की आवश्कता है। आज बच्चा कल का भावी समाज है। उन्होंने कहा कि सद्गुणों की शिक्षा से ही सदव्यवहार में बदलाव लाया गया जा सकता है। अवगुणों के कारण मानव, मानव में आसूरी प्रवृत्ति पनपती है। नैतिक शिक्षा से ही छात्र-छात्राओं में सशक्तिकरण आ सकता है। उन्होंने आगे बताया कि नैतिकता के बिना जीवन अंधकार में हैं। नैतिक मूल्यों की कमी के कारण अज्ञानता, सामाजिक, कुरीतियां व्यसन, नशा, व्यभिचार आदि के कारण समाज पतन की ओर जाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि जब तक नैतिक मूल्यों से समाज को जागृत नहीं करते तब तक समाज में फैला हुआ अज्ञानता का अंधकार नहीं मिट सकता। वर्तमान परिवेश में सहनशीलता, नम्रता, मधुरता, गंभीरता, ईमादारी, धैर्यता, शांति आदि सद्गुणों की समाज के हर व्यक्ति को बहुत जरूरी है। इन सद्गुणों के आचरण से ही मानव मन में फैले हुए अनेक दुर्गुणों का नाश हो सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि आध्यात्मिकता ही नैतिक मूल्यों का स्रोत है। स्वयं को जानना कर्मगति को जानना, सृष्टि के हर प्राणाी मात्र से दया करना, आपस में भाईचारे से रहना ही अध्यात्मिकता है। उन्होंने बताया कि नैतिक पतन विनाश की ओर की ओर ले जाता है। इसीलिए मूल्यों की रक्षा करना ही शिक्षा का मूल उद्देश्य है। स्थानीय ब्रह्माकुमारी राजयोग केंद्र की बीके पुष्पा ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि राजयोग के द्वारा ही हम अपनी इंद्रियों पर संयम कर जीवन के मूल्यों को धारण कर सकते हैं। यहां अध्यक्ष मनमोहन अग्रवाल भी उपस्थित थे। भीलवाड़ा से आई बीके इंद्रा बहन ने राजयोग सिखाया।

जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान(डाईट) गढी में शैक्षिक संगोष्ठी एवं शिक्षाविद् अभिनंदन समारोह बुधवार शाम आयोजित किया गया। संस्थान प्रधानाचार्य सुशील कुमार जैन की अध्यक्षता तथा पूर्व प्राचार्य नंदकिशोर श्रीवास्तव के मु य आतिथेय में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में शिक्षाविदों की ओर से संस्थान के व्या याता पवनकुमार शाह का दीर्घकालीन एवं उत्कृष्ट शैक्षिक सेवाओं के लिए अभिनंदन किया गया।
मु य अतिथि शिक्षाशास्त्री एन.के. श्रीवास्तव ने अपने उद्बोधन में शिक्षकों से कहा कि शिक्षा जगत के माध्यम से नैतिक मूल्यों की क्रांति लाएं और राष्ट्र का गौरव बनाए रखने में महती भूमिका अदा करें।
अध्यक्षीय उद्बोधन में संस्थान प्राचार्य सुशील कुमार जैन ने कहा कि शिक्षण पेशा नहीं बल्कि मिशन है जिसमें प्रतिबद्घता एक अनिवार्य तत्व है। अध्यापक स्वयं अपने आप में एक सामाजिक संस्था है और बालक का सर्वांगीण विकास ही उसका ध्येय। जैन ने शिक्षकों से कहा कि वे निरन्तर अध्ययनशील व क्षमतावान होकर श्रेष्ठ नागरिकों के निर्माण का दायित्व अच्छी तरह पूर्ण करें।

सच्चाई और ईमानदारी ऐसे जीवन मूल्य हैं, जो इंसान को सुदृढ व्यक्तित्व प्रदान करते हैं। इसलिए अभिभावकों का यह दायित्व है कि वे अपने बच्चों में छोटी उम्र से ही नैतिक मूल्य विकसित करें।

जिम्मेदार अभिभावक होने के नाते हर माता-पिता का यह फर्ज बनता है कि पहले वे अपनी रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी में खुद भी ऐसी नसीहतों पर अमल करें, जो वे अकसर अपने बच्चों को देते हैं। सच्चाई आपके लिए भी उतनी ही महत्वपूर्ण है जितनी कि आपके बच्चों के लिए। बच्चों के साथ अपने संबंधों के मामले में आपको पूरी ईमानदारी बरतनी चाहिए और आपकी कोशिश होनी चाहिए कि आपके प्रति बच्चे के मन में जो विश्वास है, वह न टूटे।

बच्चे हमेशा अपने माता-पिता का ही अनुसरण करते हैं। अगर आप अपने बच्चों से झूठ बोलेंगी, बच्चे भी आपके साथ ऐसा ही व्यवहार करेंगे। उदाहरण के लिए कभी आप अपने बच्चे से डॉक्टर के पास जाने का बहाना बनाकर शॉपिंग करने चली जाती हैं तो बच्चा बहुत आसानी से यह समझ जाता है कि आपने उससे झूठ बोला है। फिर उसके बाद किसी दिन जब आप अपने बच्चे पर विश्वास करते हुए, उससे यह कहती हैं कि शाम को मेरे ऑफिस से लौटने तक अपना होमवर्क पूरा कर लेना तो आपकी अनुपस्थिति में वह दिन भर टीवी देखता या खेलता रहता है और आपके वापस आने से थोडी देर पहले वह किताबें खोलकर बैठ जाता है, ताकि आप यह समझें कि वह पढाई कर रहा था। अकसर बच्चों के ऐसे व्यवहार या उनके द्वारा बोले जाने वाले ऐसे झूठ को उनके माता-पिता छोटी-सी बात समझ कर नजरअंदाज कर देते हैं, लेकिन उन्हें यह नहीं भूलना चाहिए कि इन छोटी-छोटी बातों से ही बच्चों में धीरे-धीरे झूठ बोलने की आदत विकसित हो जाती है।

प्राय: माता-पिता इस बात को लेकर चिंतित हो जाते हैं कि आखिर उनका बच्चा झूठ क्यों बोलता है? दरअसल बच्चों के झूठ बोलने की सबसे बडी वजह होती है- डर। अगर कभी बच्चे से कोई गलती हो जाती है तो वह उसे अपने माता-पिता से डर के कारण छिपाने की कोशिश करता है। यह स्वाभाविक है कि सजा और डांट से बचने के लिए बच्चे झूठ बोलते हैं। इसलिए आपको बच्चे के साथ ऐसा संबंध विकसित करना चाहिए कि वह बिना किसी डर के आपसे अपने दिल की बात कह सके।

बुनियाद ईमानदारी की

मनोवैज्ञानिक डॉ. अशुम गुप्ता के अनुसार, जब बच्चा स्कूल जाने की शुरुआत करता है तो उसके समाजीकरण की प्रक्रिया का विकास तेजी से हो रहा होता है। घर से बाहर निकल कर वह अलग-अलग तरह के लोगों से मिलता है और जिस तरह अच्छी बातें सीखता है, उसी तरह बहाने बनाना, झूठ बोलना और धोखा देना भी सीख जाता है। इसलिए इस उम्र से ही बच्चों में ईमानदारी की भावना विकसित करनी चाहिए क्योंकि ईमानदारी ऐसी भावना है, जो समस्त नैतिक मूल्यों को निर्धारित करती है। अगर बच्चा अपने दैनिक जीवन के व्यवहार में ईमानदारी बरतना सीख जाता है तो स्वाभाविक रूप से न तो वह झूठ बोलेगा और न ही दूसरों के साथ अभद्र व्यवहार करेगा।

अगर बच्चा झूठ बोले

जब आप अपने बच्चे को झूठ बोलते हुए पाती होंगी तो जाहिर है कि आपको बहुत गुस्सा आता होगा। लेकिन ऐसे में आपको धैर्य से काम लेते हुए पहले यह जानने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए कि आखिर उसकेऐसे व्यवहार की वजह क्या है? तभी आप उसे सजा देने या डांटने-फटकारने की दिशा में कोई निर्णय लें। सबसे जरूरी यह है कि आप अपने बच्चे को यह बात सख्ती के साथ बताएं कि उसके ऐसे व्यवहार को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। आप जरूरत के अनुसार उसे अपना सहयोग और मार्गदर्शन अवश्य दें। लेकिन जब वह कोई अनुशासनहीन व्यवहार करता है तो उसके साथ सख्ती भी बरतें। अगर आपका बच्चा अपनी पढाई, स्कूल या दोस्तों के कारण परेशान है तो आप उसे भावनात्मक सहयोग जरूर दें। अगर अपने झूठ बोलने या ऐसी ही किसी आदत की वजह से बच्चा परेशानी में होता है और अपने झूठ को छिपाने के लिए आपसे सहयोग मांगता है तो आप उसकी मदद करने से साफ इंकार कर दें। उदाहरण के लिए अगर आपका बच्चा अपना होमवर्क पूरा न करे और आपसे यह कहे कि मम्मी आप हमारी टीचर को डायरी में नोट लिखकर भेज दें कि बीमार होने के कारण मैं होमवर्क पूरा नहीं कर पाया तो आप ऐसा बिलकुल न करें। इससे उसे भूल का एहसास होगा और वह दोबारा ऐसी गलती नहीं करेगा।

जरूरी है प्रोत्साहन भी

बच्चों में अच्छी आदतों को प्रोत्साहित करना भी जरूरी है। बडों की प्रशंसा पाकर बच्चा अच्छे काम करने के लिए प्रेरित होता है। जब कभी आपका बच्चा आपके सामने अपनी गलती स्वीकारता है तो आप पहले उसकी भूल पर उसे डांटने के बजाय उसकी ईमानदारी की प्रशंसा करें, इससे आपका बच्चा सच बोलने के लिए प्रोत्साहित होगा। इसी तरह अगर आपका बच्चा किसी जरूरतमंद की मदद करता है या कोई ऐसा प्रशंसनीय व्यवहार करता है तो आप उसकी तारीफ करने में कंजूसी न करें क्योंकि आपकी प्रशंसा पाकर वह हमेशा अपना आचरण और व्यवहार नैतिक मूल्यों के अनुकूल रखने की कोशिश करेगा।

बदलें खुद को भी

माता-पिता किसी भी बच्चे के आदर्श होते हैं। अगर आप चाहती हैं कि आपके बच्चे का आचरण नैतिक मूल्यों अनुरूप हो तो अपने व्यवहार में भी सुधार लाने की कोशिश करें और इन बातों का ध्यान जरूर रखें :

1. अपनी बातचीत में जहां तक संभव हो ईमानदारी बरतने की कोशिश करें। अकसर बच्चे जिज्ञासावश कई तरह के सवाल पूछते हैं और आपके लिए कुछ सवालों का जवाब देना मुश्किल हो जाता है। फिर भी उसे गुमराह करने के लिए गलत जवाब न दें क्योंकि इससे बच्चे के मन में आपके प्रति नकारात्मक धारणा विकसित होगी।

2. घर में बच्चों के साथ खुली बातचीत का माहौल विकसित करें। बातचीत के दौरान उन्हें अपने बचपन के दिनों का उदाहरण देकर समस्याओं का हल ढूंढना सिखा सकती हैं कि आपके स्कूल के दिनों में जब आपके सामने कोई समस्या आई थी तो आपने उसका हल कैसे ढूंढा था।

3. अपने घर में हमेशा सच बोलने का माहौल विकसित करें। अपने बच्चे के साथ संबंधों में ईमानदारी बरतें, कई बार ऐसा करना मुश्किल हो जाता है। फिर भी कभी अगर आपको झूठ बोलना पडे तो आप अपने बच्चों के सामने अपनी गलती स्वीकारने में संकोच न करें।

4. चाहे बच्चा कितनी ही बडी गलती क्यों न करे, अगर वह आपके सामने सच बोलता है तो सच बोलने पर आप कभी भी उसे डांटें नहीं, वरना वह सच बोलना हमेशा के लिए छोड देगा।

5. अपना दृष्टिकोण हमेशा सकारात्मक रखें, इससे बच्चे पर अच्छा प्रभाव पडेगा और वह आपकी बातें जरूर मानेगा।

6. बच्चे के किसी भी व्यवहार को, चाहे वह अच्छा हो या बुरा अनदेखा न करें। जब भी वह कोई अनुचित व्यवहार करे, आप उसे ऐसा करने से जरूर रोकें।

7. परिवार में व्यवहार और बातचीत का स्वस्थ माहौल विकसित करें। जहां तक संभव हो परनिंदा से बचें और बच्चों के सामने तो ऐसा कभी न करें क्योंकि आपको ऐसा करते देखकर बच्चे में बुरे संस्कार विकसित होंगे।

8. रिश्तेदारों, दोस्तों और पडोसियों के साथ अपना व्यवहार संयत और शालीन रखें, आवश्यकता पडने पर यथासंभव उनकी सहायता जरूर करें क्योंकि आपको दूसरों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार करते देखकर ही आपके बच्चे भी आपका अनुसरण करेंगे।

वहीं मित्र, संबंधी फोन करके पूछ रहे हैं—ये क्या हो रहा है? एक मित्र ने व्यंग्य में कहा—जब वेल्थ ही कामन है तो भ्रष्टाचार कैसा? बात इतनी मामूली नहीं है। यह जनता के गाढ़े पसीने की कमाई पर डाका है और डाका भी उनके द्वारा जिनको धन संभालने और संभलकर खर्च करने का गुरु-गंभीर दायित्व दिया गया है। वे यदि दायित्वहीन हों और ‘चोरों का माल लाठियों के गज’ वाली लाइन पर चल रहे हों, तब खुदा भी नहीं बचा सकता।
मान-अपमान की भेदक रेखा खत्म हो चुकी है। हमाम में सभी नंगे हों तो कोई नंगा नहीं रहता। नैतिक मूल्य गुजरे जमाने की चीज हो गए हैं। शक्ति का मतलब है व्यवस्था में ऊंची और लाभप्रद जगह पाना। फिर उस जगह पर कब्जा जमाये रहना ताकि लाखों रुपया, करोड़ों में बदल जाए और फिर करोड़ों रुपया अरबों में बदल जाए। संबंधों के ऐसे किले-परकोटे आसपास बन जाएं कि किसी को कुछ पूछने की हिम्मत न रहे। परंतु लोग जरूर पूछना चाहेंगे कि भाजपा के विजय गोयल और कांग्रेस के जगदीश टाइटलर ‘तकनीकी अध्ययन के लिए बीजिंग गए थे। क्यों?’ जबकि कॉमनवेल्थ खेलों से उनका कोई संबंध नहीं था। दिल्ली के कांग्रेस के विधायक हारून यूसुफ और एएस लवली शहरी परिवहन का नापजोख व बेहतर ढंग-तरीके देखने के लिए मेलबोर्न की यात्रा के लिए भेजे गए। दिल्ली का ट्रैफिक स्वर्ग द्वार के करीब आ गया ऐसे अध्ययन से? दिल्ली, मुंबई, कोलकाता, मद्रास जैसे महानगरों की ही बात करें तो इन शहरों में लाखों रिक्शा चलाने वाले, ठेला खींचने वाले, फेरी लगाने वाले, छोटे दुकानदार पूरा-पूरा दिन अपनी जान खपाते हैं और कुछ भी नरक भोगने के लिए विवश होते हैं परंतु एक व्यवस्था के झूले में झूलने वाला चालाकी धूर्तता और रुतबे के दम पर करोड़ों रुपया इधर-उधर कर जाता है।
सुरेश कलमाडी कह रहे हैं कि एक-एक पाई का हिसाब दिया जाएगा। रेत के किले बनवाने और किलों के अम्बार लगाने में ही नहीं अपने गले का फंदा दूसरे के गले में डालने के कामों में व्यवस्था के संचालक सिद्धहस्त हो चुके हैं। कांग्रेस सांसदों को लिखे पत्र में खुद को कलमाडी साहिब बेकसूर कह चुके हैं। उन्होंने दावा किया कि 2009 के क्वींस बेटन रिले के उद्ïघाटन पर वीडियो स्क्रीन लगाने वाले और ब्रिटिश कंपनी ‘एएम कार्ल एंड वेंस’ के साथ अनुबंध में उनका कोई हाथ नहीं है। उन्होंने सारी जिम्मेदारी आयोजन समिति के निलंबित अधिकारी संजय महिंद्रू पर डालते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने ही इसके लिए रकम आवंटित कराई। केंद्रीय सतर्कता आयोग ने कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स के 15 आयोजन स्थलों की जांच में कई घपले गिनाए हैं। एक बयान में आयोग ने कहा कि घटिया निर्माण कार्य कर रहे ठेकेदार सामानों की कीमत से तीन गुना ज्यादा रकम वसूल रहे हैं। यह रकम उन सामानों के लिए वसूली जा रही है जिनकी खरीद के लिए निविदा नहीं निकाली गई थी। दूसरी तरफ कांगे्रस महासचिव दिग्विजय सिंह ने कलमाडी को इस्तीफा देने की सलाह दे दी। कहा कि अगर कलमाडी पर प्राथमिक आधार पर कोई मामला बनता है तो नैतिक जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए उन्हें पद छोड़ देना चाहिए।
चारों तरफ भारत की आठ फीसदी विकास दर का डंका बजवा दिया गया। देश महाशक्ति बनने ही वाला है, यह एहसास भी करवाने की कोशिश में कोई कमी नहीं परंतु ट्रांसपेरेंसी इंटरनेशनल की भ्रष्टïाचार वाली लिस्ट चीख रही है कि हम 84वें पायदान पर हैं। फिर जब यह अंदाजा सामने आया होगा कि कॉमनवेल्थ खेल विराट आयोजन है जिसमें चालीस हज़ार करोड़ रुपया खर्च किया जाएगा तभी व्यवस्था के अधिकारियों ने भ्रष्टï तरीकों से करोड़ों डकार जाने का ब्लू पिं्रट तैयार कर लिया होगा। पूंजीपति वर्ग या औद्योगिक साम्राज्य औचित्य के नैतिक पक्ष को लेकर कभी चिंतातुर नहीं होता। शैलेन्द्र ने बूटपॉलिश फिल्म के लिए जो गीत लिखा था उसकी पंक्तियां थीं—आने वाली दुनिया में सबके सिर पर ताज होगा, न भूखों की भीड़ होगी, न झूठों का राज होगा—परंतु हमने अज़ादी के बाद मानवतावादी मूल्यों को व्यवहार में नहीं उतारा। सहज मानवतावादी समझ की पहली दशा है कि जहां कहीं भी कुछ गलत हो रहा है, उसके विरुद्ध आवाज़ उठाओ। आज बेशक नैतिकता-अनैतिकता के प्रश्न पर कोई सिर खपाने को तैयार नहीं। स्वार्थ और कोरे स्वार्थ ने पैरों के तले से ज़मीन खींच ली है। नैतिकता है क्या और कहां से आती है? क्योंकि जिम्मेदार लोग आवाज़ उठा रहे हैं कि नैतिकता का हनन हो रहा है। किशन पटनायक कहते हैं कि नैतिकता की बुनियाद में सत्य और भातृत्व है। नैतिकता एक व्यवहार है अन्य के प्रति, खासकर जीवों के प्रति व्यवहार के कई सूक्ष्म स्तर हो सकते हैं जैसे किसी (जीव) के संबंध में आप मन में क्या याद रखते हैं। सत्य में कठोरता है, भातृत्व में स्नेह। यदि ऐसी सी सत्य की कठोरता और भातृत्व का स्नेह कॉमनवेल्थ खेलों के आयोजकों में होता तो हम जरूर माथे के कलंक से बच सकते थे।
विपक्ष धन की बर्बादी को रोक पाने में असमर्थ साबित हो रहा है। खेलों के पचास दिन पहले तक दिल्ली की सड़कें बैठ रही हैं। विपक्ष शोर-शराबे के जरिये सदन की कार्यवाही को हंगामाखेज बना देता है परंतु इससे दूरदराज तक लोगों में यह बात चली गई कि सरकार ने न केवल पैसे की बर्बादी पर आंखें बंद की हुई हैं, कीच के छींटों से भरे भद्रपुरुषों पर सख्त कार्रवाई भी नहीं कर रही। इसे हम ‘राष्ट्रीय गौरव’ बनाम ‘राष्ट्रीय शर्म’ का मुद्दा नहीं बनाएं तब भी घातक चीजें वहीं की वहीं है जो हमें काहिली, भ्रष्टाचार, गंदगी, दरिंदगी के पार नहीं देखने देतीं। प्रधानमंत्री ने मंत्रियों का जो कोर ग्रुप खड़ा किया है, उसकी जवाबदेही क्या है?

क्रोध का प्रारंभ मूढता से होता है और अंत पश्चाताप से। क्रोध विवेक नष्टï करता है। ये उद्गार प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्वविद्यालय माउंट आबू से पधारे राजयोगी ब्रह्माकुमार भगवान भाई ने यहां सेवा केंद्र पर क्रोध मुक्त जीवन विषय पर बोलते हुए कहे। उन्होनें कहा कि क्रोध से तनाव और तनाव से अनेक बीमारियां पैदा होती हैं।

यह क्रोध ही है जो मन की एकाग्रता को भंग करता है। भगवान भाई ने कहा कि क्रोध मनुष्य को शारीरिक और मानसिक रुप से कमजोर बनाता है, जिसके फलस्वरूप अनेक कामों में व्यवधान आता है। उन्होंने क्रोध को अग्रि बताते हुए कहा कि इस क्रोध अग्रि मेें स्वयं भी जलते हैं और दूसरों को भी जलाते हैं। वस्तुत: क्रोध ही मनुष्य से पाप कराता है।

नियंत्रण का बताया उपाय

भगवान भाई ने क्रोध पर उपाय बताते हुए कहा कि राजयोग के अभ्यास से इस पर पूरी तरह से काबू पाया जा सकता है। वर्तमान के इस समस्या के युग में सकारात्मक सोच अपनाकर क्रोध मुक्त बनना आवश्यक है। राजयोग और सकारात्मक सोच जीवन जीने की संजीवनी बूटी हैं। भगवान स्थानीय सेवा केंद्र की संचालिका बीके इंद्रा ने अपने उद्बोधन में कहा कि राजयोग से हम तनाव मुक्त बन कर्मइंद्रियों पर अपना संयम कर सकते हैं। कार्यक्रम में गैबीपुर, दौलतपुर, उकलाना मंडी, बरवाला सहित अनेक गांवों के लोगों ने भाग लिया।

परमात्मा कौन है और कैसा है??
परमात्मा कौन है और कैसा है?? ये सवाल अक्सर हमारे मन में आता है, इसके अलग अलग मान्यताएं है !
पर ब्रह्मा कुमारीज के अनुसार परमात्मा आत्मा की ही तरह है जैसा की आत्मा के बारे में पिछली पोस्ट में
बताया था की आत्मा एक ज्योतिस्वरूप अंडाकार और अति सूक्षम जो स्थूल आँखों से देखि नहीं जा सकती, है|
ठीक परमात्मा का भी वैसा ही आकार वैसा ही रूप और उतने ही सूक्ष्म है|
क्यूंकि परमात्मा हम सभी आत्माओं के पिता है|जैसे लौकिक में आदमी और उसकी संतान आदमी ही होती है,
गाय की बाछी गाय ही ही होती है,ठीक उसी प्रकार आत्मा के पिता परमात्मा भी आत्मा जैसे ही होते हैं|
फर्क है तो ये की उनकी सक्तियाँ असीमित है आत्मा ज्ञान स्वरुप है तो परमात्मा ज्ञान के सागर है,
आत्मा शांति स्वरुप है तो परमात्मा शांति के सागर हैं|
आत्मा प्रेम स्वरुप है तो परमात्मा प्रेम के सागर है |
कहने का तात्पर्य ये की परमात्मा सभी दिव्य गुणों के सागर हैं, और सृष्टि के रचियता है|

भिवानी & प्रजापति ब्रह्मïकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्वविद्यालय के ब्रह्मïकुमार भगवान भाई ने कहा कि जीवन में नैतिक मूल्यों की सबसे ज्यादा जरूरत होती है। नैतिक कर्तव्यों की पालना करके ही जीवन में सफलता हासिल की जा सकती है। इसके बगैर मनुष्य का भविष्य अंधकारमय हो जाता है। वे गुरुवार को उत्तमीबाई कन्या वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय में नैतिक शिक्षा जागृत अयिभान के तहत एकत्रित छात्राओं को संबोधित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि आधुनिक जमाने में जीवन के उद्देश्य को सार्थक बनाने के लिए मूल्यों को धारण करना जरूरी है। इस जमाने में चुनौती भरी परिस्थितियों में जीवन के मूल्यों को धारण करेंगे तो सफलता जरूर मिलेगी।

PRAJAPITA BRAHMA.

In the history of humanity several great personalities have come who tried to extricate the society from its vices by several ways. In the same ways yet another great personality named Dada Lekhraj take birth for the spritual transformation of the society.
Dada Lekhraj was born in baishnav kripalani family in Sindh, Hyderabad. With his sharp intelligence he became a merchant of Rubies and Gems. He had an attractive personality. His loving sweet character and fabulous charity made him popular among kings and commons. One day in 1937 a spiritual lecture was going on, Dada Lekhraj got the vision of supreme soul Shiva in the point of light from alongeith the great destruction of this Iron aged wolrd and creation of new Golden age, infront of him. After this vision he stoped his business and started a trust for the young and old women folk. By giving all his health , wealth and mind to the trust he started the Godly service.
After arrival in mt. Abu, India in 1950 from Karachi the trust renamed as Prajapita Brahma kumari Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya. There is a mystery behind this name also. The supreme soul is doing the creation of new world through Brahma. In order to bring transformation it is necessary to awaken the powers hidden inside for that he placed mothers and sisters in front of all hence the name Brahma kumari's world spiritual university.
There are regular classes which are personally and socially logical proved systematic, attractive, spiritual truth showing the path of university.
The classes regular are about three worlds, story of 84 births, philosophy of duty, the aim of human life, Easy Rajyoga and also on the (judicial) and moral true expanation of essence of the world's epics takes place.
There are classes on personal and community problems, how we can solve it in accordance with human values, also on a tension free life with an increased concentration, ability, skilful handling of the normal life.
The aim of this study is to construct a new world/ new society where love, divine thoughts, co-operation and mutual respect will rule where the grief and peacelessness are rootless and all men and women will be happy and healthy i. e changing the world a new Golden aged world/ Satya-yuga.
There is no difference in sex, religion, tribe, language, colour or country all who are interested aquiring knowledge and yoga (meditation.) can come and gain the profit of it. Here all are considered student who come regularly, the knowledge and meditation are taught free.
The message of the supreme soul is to `give up all the bodily relation and remember me only'. For the spreading of knowledge in this Iron age darkness filled world of grief and problems, there are more than 3500 centres distributed in 60 countries which were doing Godly service efficiently.
In 18th Jan. 1969 Prajapita Brahma left his body becoming a complete angel. For the last 26 years the supreme soul is doing his service of establishing the new world through subtle angel Brahma.
The final invaluable sentences given out through the lotus mouth of Brahma on 18th Jan, 1969 are as follows;
Sweet children do not forget to take the unlimited wealth and world Empire from unlimited God-Father.
Sweet children, who moves in accordance with the divine ruling will become the great.
Sweet children, you should extreme love the unlimited God father.
Sweet children, don't waste the invaluable time in scoffing others.
Sweet children, the great destruction is standing in front of you.
The Abu is greatest pilgrimage.
sweet children, always remember that who make at you, are the best friends of you.
Sweet children, always remembrance is the only way to get happiness thus avoiding unhappy situations for mind and diseases of the body.
By standing this teachings and bring them to practical life we should also become the angel like Brahma, oath we take on the 18th Jan. Which is the 'Remembrance Day.'

Many great souls and saints have been born in the lap of India. Hence, India’s greatness is quite famous in the world. Whenever there arose a crisis in the world, at that and every time there came quite many saints, spiritual leaders and other great souls to save the peoples from the supposed crisis.
Mahatma Gandhiji’s birth too was for a special purpose only he didn’t take birth only to help the Indians but his aim was to help the whole world he supported non-violence and studied Gita. First, he did his work himself and then taught others. He had a special contribution in the formation of free India.
Mahatma Ghandi had fervent devotion for his country. He had a vision of creating Ram Rajya after India’s independence. When there was Ram Rajya, there was one kingdom, one language, one caste etc.
But after independence India’s fate declined rapidly. Gandhiji too left his mortal body suddenly in 1948 and so his dream of Ram Rajya remains unfulfilled. All the mental, economic and bodily aspects of life failed rapidly during post independence period. There were no houses, no food for consumption, and no water to drinking. In post independence period, India is faced with problems like corruption, bribery, nepotism, discontent etc. In Ram Rajya, it is said that the lion and goat drink water from the same bank of water. But today two brothers don’t dine with each other, don’t face each other. It’s a matter to brood over as to how did this happen? Would Bapuji’s dream over come true? In fact the basic reason of all these problems is that man has attained freedom only from the materialistic point of view but are not freed from bonds of the five vices. Due to these vices, there are bodily, mental , economic etc problems in this world. Hence the dream of Ram Rajya is looking quite distant.
Now the ever merciful, the benevolent benefactor God Shiva had descended on this earth to fulfill the Mahatma’s dream. There are versions in the Gita referring that whenever irreligiousness spreads, God will descend. He has come to regenerate not only our counrty but also this world where every man would be a deity and would have plenty of riches. He would be happy in almost every aspect of life.
To perform this gigantic task, he himself founded the Prajapita Brahmakumari’s World Spiritual University through the medium of Prajapita Brahma in 1937. The headquarters are now present at Mount Abu. There are centers of this institution in every nook and corner of the world. In this institution students are trained to control and eradicate the five vices and attain the original virtues. Spiritual education is taught here systematically and group wise. To ease the tension and stress, increase concentration, work ability and conversation enhancing is also being trained here.
The aim of this institution is to create a new society and a NEW WORLD, where there is love and harmony between each other, respect for each others etc. There would be no trace of unhappiness, gloom, discontent etc. Thus practically the aim is to create a pure, Golden Aged World. Here people of every age, religion, caste, creed, language, position and country come here to get benefited from this place. Thus God himself renders service to all without charging any amount to create this impregnable dream of Ram Rajya.

A RUBBISH BOOK BROUGHT MIRACULOUS CHANGE IN MY LIFE .

We lived in a small village. There were no educated members in my family, no interest even in matters of the spirit. We were very different from one another in terms of personality and outlook. In spite of my parents great refusal to me
Once I was coming home for vacation. The bus did not go all the way to our village. All the passengers got down and started the two-hour walk. It was late afternoon and fast getting dark. The others left me behind.
There were no houses along the way. But there were three huge water drains. I remembered that as a child, I had been told spirits and ghosts stayed in those drains. Every year, a person would die there because of these ghosts, they said.
As I passed the first one I was thinking of the worst. What if some one snuck up behind me and killed me? Through the second drain I started trembling and sweating all over. By the time I reached the third, I was a wreck, I was sure some one was following me.
Somehow I reached home. But I was in such a state, that that everyone thought evil spirits had entered my body. Add to that their fear because of the fact that my parents had forgotten to offer some sacrifice to the local deity.
I was bedridden for nearly two years. At last a guru was brought in to drive the spirits away and offer a sacrifice. I got better. No, I felt reborn. I became very curious about spirituality, but at the same time I wanted very much to back away from superstitions.
I started going to Satsang (religion gatherings) . They made little sense to me.
One day I found a book in rubbish, which changed my life. While I was reading that book, I was very much inspired and got power by each and every sentence and felt that God himself calling me.
I found those books were published by Rajyoga centre in Nagpur and contacted them for more information. I learned about Soul, God, World cycle, my many births and Yoga through corresponding course only. I was really truly engrossed. I wrote for more books, which I received quickly. I changed diet, soon became strict vegetarian.
I went to an exhibition the following year, which turned out to have been organized by the same group that published the books. The presence of brothers and
sisters dressed in white gave me an overwhelming feeling of peace and power. Moreover I had this distinct feeling that I was related to them.
Naturally, I wanted to know where they came from and where all the knowledge in books was taught. Soon I was on my way to Madhuban , the main campus in Mount Abu.
For the first time I felt no barriers between casts and religions, even colors of skin. I started doing service there and wished to continue serving for the rest of my life.
From Madhuban I have been sent straight Delhi Pandav Bhavan. I was given the responsibility of preparing food for foreign brothers and sisters. I had no idea how to cook but learned there. At present, I am preparing food for 20,000 brothers and sisters. I have been enjoying the dedicated from last 12 years in God's paradise in great godly service. Just having belief , following shrimat and meditation my life changed which I never even dreamt.

In Gita, god says that ''whenever righteousness suffers He comes on this earth''. We are witnessing sings of unrighteousness around us. In this iron age, there are many self acclaimed Godmen. There are various religions, sects and cults. Due to the absence of truth, there are different believes about God. To clarify those beliefe, and in order to remove us from darkness, to give the light of true knowledge, to fulfil the words of Gita the supreme soul incarnates on this earth. But because of the conflicting theories about God and because of ignorance, only a few among the millions recognise Him. Even when God Himself reveals the knowledge of the beginning, the middle and the end of the world cycle and the truth about Himself, many people have doubts about it. It is true or not? Whether He is God or not? Many argues against this knowledge by quoting the scripture. It is really amazing. When God Himself imparts knowledge, people are not able to believe it, just as the Kuaravaas could not recognise till the end the supreme power within Shri Krishna and so everyone was destroyed. There are similar doubts about God, whether He is the real one or not. How would it sound, if a son tells His father that he is not sure whether he is the real father or not.? How much ignorance is there. Neither do the people knows themselves nor do they know anything about God or their original home. This is Iron age! This is Maya! People are blind folded with ignorance. Hence they do not knows what's true and what is false. Even if they knows that their actions are wrong, still they do such deeds, because of ego, body consciousness, and go further down in the quagmire of evil.
When God comes on earth, He performs the tasks of creation, substance and leading to destruction. He performs the tasks of creation through the medium of an old body, who is known as Prajapita Bhrahma.
Very few people one out of many millions, recognise God and transform their it is said that there were only five Pandavaas- who are in fact the God-knowing souls around the world. They are the people who, having realised the truth about God endeavour to make their lives viceless through knowledge and meditation. they include divine virtues and powers to become like Laxmi-Narayana. Thy experience supersensous joy in their communion with God. The period when this meeting of the supreme soul and the human souls takes place, is called the confluence Age. Those who are follow God's teachings and advice, are the faithful ones, and such faithful souls attain victory in the end.
Never the less, the faithful souls have to face many tests. In this Iron-aged world the effect of Maya is so strong that even the firm, faithful soul fall under it's spell. After following the path of knowledge, they start having doubts. Such souls, after tasting supersensous, joy, after telling others that God himself is teaching them, fall prey to doubts and made others also doubtful. They try to put hurdles in the work of God. But what can clouds do to the eternal sun? God has come to make our destiny. Nobody in the three worlds can stop Him in his task. Those who are try to do so, deceives only themselves. Then there are many who wish to live the old Iron aged life. Many seek refuge in order sects and Gurus as they are not able to recognise God. Many souls who do efforts and service get trapped by name and fame and then they become egotist. In mahabharat, the Pandavaas are shown after the victory, to have become full of ego- each one claimed the credit for himself. Godly power lift them and they were looted by bhills. Those who had defeated the mighty Kourava army were now being looted by petty bhills. One who becomes arrogant and egoistic gradually becomes slave of the sceptic. He loses spritual and Godly power and becomes slave of the vices. Whatever he would have accumulated is lost. Such souls can't follow even the smallest principles and regulations. To what end do such souls come? Hence, it is said, the faithful souls are victorious while sceptical souls are defeated.
Now-a-days, such is the force of Maya, which is casting its spell forcefully, that those who had recognised God, are now turning sceptical. They are being rocked by storms of doubts. They are leaving the company of God. 10The reason for such desertion is the force of Maya.
If those who have been adopted by God, do not fully experience the jewels of knowledge then they are easily shaken by Maya. Because they don't recognise or know God, the self and the Godly family truely or fully, they are influenced easily by small things and turn sceptical. Wasteful thinking also makes person sceptical. Listening to small talk or gossip and breaking of rules and descepline makes one sceptical. Hence, we shoud take every step in this path of knowledge carefully and properly. Experienced persons never become sceptical, however much Maya may try to shake them. They will always remain strong believers. We have to tread this parth not only with faith but also with wisdom based on experience. There has to be firm belief in God, in godly family in self and in Drama.
Those who are turn away from God will face a different situation in the end. They also know that they are doing wrong. It is easy to wake up the sleeping ones but difficult to awaken those who go to sleep after they have woken up. Hence, we should be careful lest we commit this great sin. Even if the believers are few, victory would be finally theirs, because God Himself is their companion. In mahabharata, there were only five Pandavaas but 101 Kouravaas and their hude army but still the Pandavaas won in the end. Truth is powerful. So, why become sceptical at all? It is wise? Those who have turned away from God will shed tears of blood during destruction. They will repent, cry out and get punished. No body, in the three worlds will show mercy to such souls. They had been called traitors. They won't be able to absolve the burden of their sin for many births. Hence, we should not miss Muruli under any circumstances. We should firm belief in Godly knowledge. Never get influenced by others. Whatever is unnecessary should not be contemplated. Always remember Muruli, Baba and Madhubhan. There is no other God. If we are no longer believe in these and we are attracted towards other things then we are surely going towards destruction. Kaliyuga is at its end. In a short time, the Pandavaas shall be victorious and they will rule in the deity kingdom. But in this short time we should not get exhausted and go back to Kaliyuga. We should not become like Bhasmasura. In the end the whole world will sing our praise. There will be garlands of victory for us. At present, the boat of Pandavaas is steering forward. Those who wish to join the trip are welcome. But once seated, you should not jump out, else you will be drowned. There will be shouts of victory in all three world's. Remember only this íf you remain a firm believer in God then victory shall be yours', nischay buddhi 'vijayanthi.firm believers are always victorious.

IN the present time, we have to practice remaining in constant and natural yoga through out the day. No body knows what kind of calamities may come in the course of world transformation, or when they may come. To be able to remember only Baba in the final hour, we have to have practice and experience for a long time. For remaining yogyukth while performing actions, we must do sitting yoga in the proper way going into silence and having deep experience. In order to have a powerful session of sitting in yoga, we have to pay attention to our state while doing our duties. Hence, it is an interdependent process. If you do one properly, the other will fallow naturally. One should not feel bored while sitting in meditation. If one dose not have the habit of doing some hours of sitting yoga, then one cannot be yogyukth while performing actions. Whatever timings have been allotted for meditation, must be utilized for the best results for example half an hour before going to sleep etc, We must be alert and do yoga in
the right way. We will discuss here the correct and proper way of doing meditation while sitting.
First of all, we must be interested in doing meditation when we get free time or during the fixed hours. When we sit down to meditate, we should not turn our thoughts tour work, to any person, thing or possession. Actually ours is the meditation through the intellect. We should not concentrate on the mind, but check where the intellect is and visualise the soul as a point of light, like the flame of a candle, through the intellect.
Then form the thought that I am star like point of light. I am playing my role through this body. Now I detach my self from this flesh and bone structure and enter a body of light. I go the subtle world. Avyaktha Bapdada is also in of light all around, in this world. I am sitting here in a body of light. This way we have to detach ourselves from this limited world, and meet Bapdada in the subtle world. Then come out of the body of light all around. There is peace and purity. See Baba as powerful point of light, a shining star in golden red light, through the eyes of the intellect. We can remain in this point-form stage for more time when we remain in a soul conscious stage while performing actions and when our intellect is in Paramdham while doing work, people etc. Suppose there are thoughts of limited things, then we cannot enjoy Baba's company, not any peace, bliss or supersensous joy. The atmosphere will be vitiated and meditation would be boring.
It is the function of the camera of the intellect to form picture, whatever picture we have in our intellect, related thoughts are formed in the mind. When the thoughts are formed in the mind. When the thoughts are wasteful, then the intellect is in the limited sphere. Hence, if we want to experience the vibration of the subtle world, then bring the picture of subtle world in the intellect. Visualise the scene of bright, while light and Bapdada sitting in a body of light. Focus the camera of the intellect on Bapdada and elevated thoughts would follow in the mind.
On whatever objects the camera is focussed, the same picture appears on the T .V screen. When the focus shifts, the picture also changes. Similarly, the related thoughts occur in the mind acts like T.V. whatever picture appears in the intellect, the related thoughts occur in the mind. Therefore, we must pay attention towards focussing the intellect on the things which are would like to experience in yoga. Then no thoughts of this mind will disturb us. We will be able to meditate as long as we wish too. We can experience immense bliss in this way.
Suppose we want to experience the point-form stage then become a point in Paramdham, surrounded with golden red light. Focus the intellect on the shining point-Baba, and there will be an easy powerful stage. Look at Baba in front of you and form such elevated thoughts; god himself is in front of me.........he is giving me power.........where am I.......etc.then meditation will be a lot of fun. But we must keep checking the position of the intellect and realise again and again that Baba is facing us. Similarly, in order to experience the angelic stage, focus the intellect on the subtle angelic world. Think of yourself as sitting in front of Bapdada in the subtle world, in body of light. Picture this with your intellect . when we practice going beyond the limited in to the unlimited, then we won't be aware of what is happening around us and we won't be attracted towards persons, things and possessions. This way, we can have good experience in yoga. We should remain long in a particular stage to fully experience it and only when we wish to have some other experience should we change our stage.
While meditating try to generate only a small number of thoughts. Select a thought, and go into its experience. Don't ever start a running commentary in your mind like: I am a soul, I am a peaceful, pure, powerful soul, etc. This way we are likely to get tried very soon and we won't experience anything. Therefore, choose a thought and go into its depth. This will also help to maintain a yogyukth stage while performing actions. Even if we are experience only one stage or attribute, all other attributes will follow naturally. So try to experience a particular stage for a day, month or weak. The fewer the thoughts, the more powerful will be the state.
In this way, if we use the intellect in the proper manner, then there will be elevated thoughts in the mind also and meditation will be rewarding and rich in experiences. Whatever the intellect goes, there goes the mind too. For example, whatever the cow goes, the calf follows it. If we try to make the intellect fallow the mind then we won't be very successful. Hence we must meditate if the our intellect is focussed on limited things, a person's work, office, then the thoughts would run after these. Therefore, we have to set focus on that thing or stage which we want to remind ourselves in between, that we are sitting in front of Baba . That we want to experience. We have to remind ourselves in between, that we are no walls around, no people, no things. Experience this kind of feeling again and again. When we set our mind and intellect in the unlimited world, concentrating on Baba, then our past sins are destroyed, we experience Supersensous joy and peace, and we don't feel tired or bored while meditating.
In order to enjoy meditation, we should have the practice of being soul-conscious while performing actions. This helps the mind and intellect to be free from the influence of actions. Our thoughts would not run after those actions while meditating. We can reach the point-form stage easily when we sit down to meditate, busy for a long time. When we remember Baba while performing actions, our actions are elevated and inspiring the past sins, as there is deep concentration involved in it.
In the present time, it is essential to do at least four hours of sitting meditation while managing the loukik and aloukik duties. Besides, we should be constantly attentive to be yogyukth while performing actions. This will add up to eight hours of yoga per day. At present these many hours of yoga are essential to protect ourselves from the subtle and gross attacks of maya. We will be able to maintain the flying stage easily. Hence, both sitting yoga anf Karamyoga are essential. If we do the sitting yoga properly, then will be yogyukth while while doing our work, then our sitting yoga will be powerful. We have to get the real joy of yogi life with the balance of these two. This balance only will enable us to inculate the knowledge and to make our lives elevated.
We take the help of some things while sitting down to meditate, for example the music, the red light etc, But if we don't get the support of these things, even then our yoga should be powerful. If we cannot meditate in such circumstances, then it means that we are under the subjugation of these things
We must have the practice of doing yoga without the support of these things, because these things will help us. We should able to achieve a natural stage. If we use the songs to end the waste thoughts then the yoga will end the moment the songs end. If we are trained our thoughts to follow the music, to keep away waste thoughts then it becomes an artificial support. We should not follow the songs and then make our stage but we can make use of the music to rebuild our stage if there is disruption due to waste thoughts. We should be able to maintain our own stage with own efforts, so that, we are to be naturally yogayukth even when the music stops. We have to practice detachment from things even while using them. Only then we able to remain yogayukth in the times to come, when all these supports will vanish.
So, it is necessary to be soul-conscious while performing actions, in order to make the best of sitting meditation. Also essential is to listen to the muruli every day, to chrun the knowledge, to eat pure food in remembrance of Baba because when we eat in powerful remembrance for 1/2 an hour, we get such energy which pulls us unwitting to Baba the rest of the time.
Even if some unpleasant things happens in the work place do not take it seriously, but try to take it lightly and forget it. Such things disturb us in meditation.
So, let us enjoy each moment of supersensous joy, peace and bliss, and swing in the swing of Baba's company by meditating in the right way, let us get maximum benefits in the remaining short period of this diamond age. Through the right method of meditation, let us make ourselves to powerful that we are able to protect ourselves and other in the time that is to come, the time difficult circumstances and destruction.

In India celebrations are connected to some caste or tribe because from the old age itself, it was assigned to the four castes. There are different modes of celebrations for Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaisha and Sudra according to their life styles and cultures. It is according to the several duties assigned to the caste. Just like Rakhi celebrations is of Brahman because tying a Rakhi is a symbol of pure or spiritual relations. From all the 4 tribes it was Brahmins who were considered as pure and supreme. Dashara was that of Kshatriya because they were the warriors or those who takes care of battles and wars and Dussehara itself is connected with killing and velour. Deepavali was the celebrations of Vaishyas since earning money is the duty of the business men for that they were worshipping Lakshmi the Goddess of wealth and so about the Holy which was considered as that of sudra. But now-a-days there is no such restrictions all are celebrating all the occasions, because love, happiness and achievement is not there because of the loss of spirituality from the celebrations. It has become an old custom to be retained.

Actually there is a spiritual secret behind every celebration for Holy. It was said that there was a kind named Hiranya Kashyap who considered himself as god. He got a blessing so that any one could not kill him. He had a son named Prahlad who believed in God very much. To consider his father as God was not acceptable to him. His father gave him extreme punishments. He was thrown into the cage of poisonous snakes. Once he was dropped down from the peak of mountains. Once his aunty named Holica, who was blessed not to burn sat on a fire taking him in the cap. She was burnt to ashes but not even a hair of Prahlad. Holy is celebrated as a memorial to this instance. There are all stories but the reality i.e. When there is extreme impurity in creation the men thinks himself as almighty authority and speak ill of the supreme soul and blames him and even his pious people were not exempted they don’t even given co-operation to him religiously. At this time supreme soul himself takes divine birth by taking a common body. It is called confluence age, when the Kalyuga is ending and Satyug begins i.e. now. It is now he gives us the blanket of knowledge in order to escape from the fire of five vices that is also to those who recognize him. It is only with this blanket we can escape from the fire of vices burning in creation because this fire vices or Maya is very powerful in reality. It is this vicious world – Holica will burn into ashes and viceless world will get established through the power of yoga or remembrance.

On the day of holy dried cow dung balls were burned. It is believed that by burning this grief, poverty and impurity will go away but actually by burning cow dung balls won’t do but if we burn bad actions illusions in our mind by the fire of knowledge and yoga then life will become blissful, happy and pure.

Holy is also considered as celebration to destroy the cruel, vicious giants because we are destroying the five vices by knowledge given by the supreme soul and imbibe good qualities for new world so that it is also called as Somnath Dham.
Holica also means fried food so that on the day of holy wheat, gram etc., were fried. Actually by knowledge and yoga given by the Supreme Soul the karma is also changed into karma. Just like fried seed never gives rise to a tree. When we sit in the fix of knowledge and yoga karma never becomes sinful but it becomes karma.

On the day of holy we paint each other with colored power. Actually this is to show that we souls were colored by knowledge given by the supreme soul himself along with colorings we exchange the fried grains to celebrate the auspicious reunion. Actually the auspicious reunion happens only when the mind is clear and loveful to each other and possible only if the supreme soul is coloring us with knowledge and the auspicious reunion is also with him only. But now a days instead of color it is the red blood which is used actually they people are playing holy with blood so the Kabir Das said that:

‘Color called as a Orange,
Moving is called as a train,
Without milk made khoya (sweet),
Watching Kabir wept’.

On the day of Holy we entertain ourselves by making taboos especially of Brahma, Vishnu and Shanker because supreme soul makes his holy through these three. The indication of it is this people a cloth around the abdomen of a man making him father to a large extend. Then as a custom asks him what is dead inside his stomach. All laugh at him when he says that it is an iron piece and says that your caste will end with this. Actually it is also an indication of the present happenings of the world Kalyuga is called as Iron Age. At this time from the intellect of men energies the destructive inventions that will destroy the whole humanity of several deities also make at this time. Like this our ancestors were remembered their taboo. There forms are made so that the aim of life emerge again in front of us. So we should celebrate by knowing the real identity or secret of it so that the evil thoughts, evil actions will come to an end. We should color each other with the color of knowledge given to us by supreme soul i.e. the color of sat sang it is the real holy. Holy itself means pure. Holy itself is forgetting the past actions. Holy means to become that of supreme soul. Just like the winter ends before spring. Before the new world this old aged world will come to an end. Just like on the day of Holy we make Koki (a kind of sweet) and cover it with wheat flour and drop it in fire so that this mortal body will end up remaining the immortal soul.

Thus supreme is coloring every body with the color of knowledge. We should color ourselves so strong that even when this body ends up the color remains. Then only we can say that we celebrated the really holy. We are celebrating real holy on each centers of Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, which is established and looked after by the supreme soul himself. All of you are invited hearty to celebrate a really holy everyday so to celebrate the holy in accordance with sreenath and to become holy (Pure) on the day of holy.
