Meditator's Path

According to the circumstances of the present time, according to self-
progress, according to the fast speed of service and according to
giving a return of BapDada's love, tapasya is extremely essential. It
is easy to have love, and everyone does have love; Baba knows this
too.

However, in return, BapDada wishes to see that you become equal to
BapDada. This is what BapDada wants to see at present. In this, there
are a few out of the few. Everyone has the desire, but there is a
difference between the number of those who have the desire and those
who put it into practice. The easy and constant foundation of tapasya
is unlimited disinterest. To have unlimited disinterest means to leave
the shores (support) of all four sides. Why?

Because you have made the shores your support. To become loving
according to the time, and then, according to the shrimat and the
signals received from the instrument souls, to make your intellect
detached from loving in a second: this doesn’t happen. You don’t
become detached as quickly as you become loving.

You are clever in being loving, but in becoming detached, you think
twice about it, and think that you need courage. To become detached
means to leave the support and to leave the support means to have an
attitude of unlimited disinterest. You know how to make a shore your
support and hold on to it, but what do you do when you have to leave
it? You put a big question mark.

You know how to be in-charge of service very well, but as well as
being in-charge, you find it difficult to charge the battery of
yourself and of others. This is why it is extremely essential at the
present time to adopt an attitude of unlimited disinterest through
tapasya. The special basis and easy way for the success of tapasya is
to make the lesson of ‘One’ (ek) firm. It is difficult to write the
figures ‘2’ or ‘3’. It is very easy to write '1'. Tapasya means to
belong to one.

This is what BapDada calls belonging to the One (Eknami). Tapasya
means to stabilise (ekagra) the mind and the intellect. Tapasya means
to love being in solitude (ekant). Tapasya means to maintain a stable
(ek ras) stage. Tapasya means to save yourself from wasting all the
treasures you have attained, that is, to move along with economy. So,
the lesson of 'One' is now firm, is it not? Is the lesson of 'one'
difficult or easy? It is easy, but…. You won't use such language, will
you?

To be a resident of Madhuban means to be sweet and to have unlimited
disinterest. Those who have unlimited disinterest will only see the
soul. So they have sweetness in their interaction and an attitude of
unlimited disinterest in their mind. If you have the awareness of both
of these, would you not pass with honors? Imbibe both of these
qualifications before you leave here. The longer you have this
beautiful time of the confluence age, the better it is, because you
understand that you will never again experience this meeting between
the Father and the children throughout the entire cycle.

However, you are still here in order to experience the inheritance of
supersensuous joy constantly and not because of your weaknesses. This
old world is like a foreign land for all of you. Many people do not
touch foreign things; they think that they should use the things of
their own country. So, you must not touch anything of this old world,
that is, this foreign country. Are you patriots (swa-deshi) of your
country, or are you attracted by the things of foreign lands? Do you
constantly consider yourselves to be patriots?

In terms of the soul, Paramdham is your land and in terms of this
Godly family, Madhuban is your land. Have this intoxication of both
these lands: “We are patriots of our country and so we cannot touch
anything of the foreign land.” Now become powerful creators. If the
creators are weak, how can they create a creation? You must emerge
from here with all the ornaments

Practice / Experience / Feel the joy:

Stabilise in the experience of being a resident of Paramdham.

Stay in Paramdham and see the beautiful part of each soul in the
inverted tree of souls

For 1 minute:
Stabilise in the experience of being a resident of Madhuban.

BapDada has now told you what you have to especially do practically
this year: the sparkle should be visible on your face. Whoever sees
you, you have to be an instrument for revelation, you have to reveal
the Father, and so what do you have to do? Your face should always be
smiling. There should be no thoughts or confusion. BapDada had told
you to remember two expressions now: Signal Maya to get out and to
experience yourself to be in a guest house. This world does not belong
to you; it is a guest house. You definitely have to return home now.
The scenes of the home should be visible in your mind and intellect.
Then, you will automatically feel that the home is here.

You have a song: We now have to return home. Whether you are from
Bharat or abroad, now give this experience in a practical way. Have
unlimited disinterest. One’s heart cannot get attached to a guest
house. You always remember: I have to return. I have to go back.
Unlimited disinterest would completely finish any type of thoughts in
your mind or any obstacles of Maya in a gathering among yourselves.
The storms of Maya will become a gift for you. Then, the small test
papers that come to you will not seem like test papers, but they will
seem like a lift to increase your experience. Gift and lift. Do you
understand?

Now keep the aim of having unlimited disinterest, keep flying and make
others fly with the wings of courage, zeal and enthusiasm. It is now
time to fly. Always check that your wings are not becoming weak.
BapDada is pleased to see the growth of double foreigners. What does
He want to see now? That each child becomes complete and perfect, the
same as the Father, full of all treasures and perfect in following
every shrimat that you receive. Do you like that? If you like it, then
you can applaud.

Achcha. Remember this applause every day. Clap in your mind every day.
Do not clap externally, but in your mind. This is the 'homework'.
Achcha.

Practice / Experience / Feel the joy: Practice: I the soul am a guest
in this body and in this world. I have been a guest for 5000 years and
now it is time to go home.

So BapDada has love for you children. BapDada wishes to take each and
every child back with Him. The promise is that Baba will stay with you
and that Baba will go back with you. In order for that promise to be
fulfilled, it is those who become equal who will return with Him.
Double foreigners love to walk hand in hand. So, your hand should be
in the hand of shrimat. The Father’s shrimat and your own dictates
(manmat) are said to be hand in hand. So, is that all right? Today you
have come to celebrate the birthday, have you not? BapDada is pleased
and He also has great spiritual intoxication that His children are
always enthusiastic and constantly celebrating a festival. So, all of
you have the zeal and enthusiasm that you definitely have to become
equal to the Father, do you not?

You have to become that. You may have to renounce something. You may
have to do tapasya. Are you ready to renounce anything that you may
have to? What is the greatest renunciation? In renouncing, the
greatest obstacle is created by one word. In your renunciation,
tapasya, disinterest, unlimited disinterest, it is just one word that
causes obstacles. You already know that. What is that one word? “I”.
The “I” of body consciousness. This is why BapDada has said: Whenever
you say “mine” what do you remember first? My Baba (Mera Baba). It is
“My Baba”, is it not?

You may say “my” for something else, but in saying mine, you have
developed the habit of saying “My Baba” first. In the same way,
whenever you say “I”, just as you never forget “My Baba”, whenever you
say “my”, then the word Baba is also used in the same way, whenever
you say the word “I”, you should always remember the soul: Who am I? A
soul. I, the soul, am doing this. I and mine: the limited has changed
into unlimited. Is this possible? Is it?
At least nod in agreement!

Instil this habit. As soon as you say, “I”, remember the soul. Then,
when there is the consciousness of “I”, you will instantly remember
one word: Who is Karavanhar (the One who is inspiring)? “The Father,
Karavanhar, is inspiring me to do it”. At the time of doing anything,
always remember the word Karavanhar. Then there will not be the
consciousness of “mine” – my ideas, my duties.

Practice / Experience / Feel the joy: Check: Whenever you emerge the
consciousness of “mine” or “my” do you change it into “mera baba” or
“my baba” Check: Whenever you emerge the consciousness of “I” do you
change it into “I the soul” and Baba is Karavanhar.

“As you read this on courage, check yourself deeply and make yourself
worthy to receive the fathers help”

Today, BapDada is looking at all his courageous children everywhere.
From the beginning until now, every Brahmin soul has become worthy of
receiving BapDada's help on the basis of their courage and they have
continued to move forward in their efforts according to the blessing,
"When the child maintains courage, the Father definitely helps".

BapDada was seeing the result from the beginning till now, of how much
a child maintains courage and on the basis of this becomes worthy of
receiving help from the Father and becomes an easy effort-maker and
continues to move forward, and how far he has reached. Some children
sometimes receive help and sometimes have to labour. They have help
for a long time, but then sometimes, because of their carelessness,
they forget the way to take help at that time and, instead of
maintaining courage, they become arrogant and think that they are
always pure. "If the Father doesn't help us, who else would He help?
The Father is bound to help us."

Because of this arrogance, they forget to take help through the method
of maintaining courage. They think that they have now had a lot of
yoga, that they have become gyani souls, yogi souls and have become
very well-known servers, that they are in charge of centres, that
their kingdom of service has been created, that nature has also become
worthy of serving them and they are living their life comfortably.
This is carelessness in paying attention. Therefore, as long as you
live, you have to study and pay attention to becoming complete, and
also pay attention to developing an attitude of unlimited disinterest.
You forget this. You saw Father Brahma: until he reached his final
complete karmateet stage, he paid attention to himself, to service, to
having an attitude of unlimited disinterest, as though in a student
life; he became an instrument and demonstrated this. This is how he
maintained courage from the beginning until the end. He became an
instrument to give courage. So, he became the foremost worthy one in
receiving the Father's help and thereby attained number one.

Even though his future was fixed he did not remain careless. He
constantly continued to tell the children about his experiences of
intense efforts until the end. He became absorbed in the Ocean of Help
to such an extent that, even now, like the Father, he is helping all
the children in an avyakt way. This is known as taking one step of
courage and becoming worthy of receiving multimillionfold help

Experience “ek bap dushera mai atma tesra na koi”. (I the soul, one
father and no one else).
